PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Although we specialise in Boroondara and surrounding suburbs, we give the same professional attention to rental properties in other areas. For example, we currently manage rental properties in the Melbourne CBD, Brighton, Croydon, Heidelberg, and Port Melbourne.
Weekly rent for the properties we manage range from around $250 to over $2600 a week. We're renowned for managing executive properties and owners? own homes during interstate or overseas transfers.
Our Property Management Department is headed by Rosemary Sier, a Senior Property Manager with over 16 years' experience. Rosemary is a third generation real estate agent and local home owner. With hands-on involvement from Director, Russell Turner, and support from Assistant Property Manager, Shane Maletzki, Rosemary and her team guarantee to impress you with their professionalism, proficiency and personalised management service.
